I would like to take a moment to give an amazing review to Miss Alexis Harvey, who has been absolutely phenomenal throughout my pregnancy. She has been caring, understanding, passionate, supportive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Alexis provides so many valuable resources for expecting mothers, including community baby showers, car seats, bassinets, diapers, wipes, clothing assistance, breastfeeding resources, mental health support, and so much more. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure mothers have access to the support and resources they need. She also provided me with a referral for a doula, which has been extremely helpful throughout my pregnancy. Alexis constantly reminds me that I matter and so does my unborn baby. She is a great listener, makes me feel welcomed and valued, and creates a safe space where women can openly communicate, ask questions, and receive support without judgment. She also provides an app where women can connect with one another, communicate, and share additional resources, which has been such a wonderful way to build a supportive community. I had a great experience! They made an appt in one day. The nurse came out at my scheduled time to bring me back. My exam and prescriptions written. All around amazing service, doctor was easy talk to...In and out within an hour!

I had a very positive experience at SAY Detroit Family Health Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and respected. The receptionist and other staff members I interacted with were kind, patient, and professional. I especially want to recognize Kristin McErlean, NP. She was truly different in the best way. The way she communicates, listens, and explains things made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. She took her time, treated me with genuine respect, and showed real concern for my health. Her approach to patient care is special and made a big difference for me. Thank you to Kristin and the entire SAY Detroit team for the excellent care you provide. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional healthcare.

I’m so thankful that God led me here. I’ve been to multiple doctors that have written me off, misdiagnosed, and treated me poorly. My last doctor always made me feel little; like my health issues didn’t exist. When I came here Carla made me feel heard. I mean this lady doesn’t play about her patients. You can feel the passion she has for her calling when she speaks with you. She also had great compassion for all of her patients. God knew she was needed it this field. Let me say that again, she speaks WITH you, not at you! She doesn’t make you feel small like I’ve experienced so many times. I’ve had issues for years that were missed, she got right to the root of things. I drive really far to come here and it’s worth it. The front desk staff is always pleasant & professional. The office is nice and clean. Don’t let the area fool you, I’m out community this is the care you need. - Candace

Say Detroit Clinic is the BEST free clinic hands down! Very clean environment! Friendly and welcoming staff! I saw Dr. Carla and one of the staff members named Stephen. They really took great care of me with my knee right issue. If you are looking for great patient care…..Say Detroit on Oakman Blvd is the place to be! Thanks Say Detroit for helping a patient with no insurance as I appreciate you all! 🫶🏾

I love this place because I love my Doctor. I’ve been with Dr. Tracy Threat for over 23 years and I pray she’ll be my nurse practitioner doctor for a remainder of my life. Any testing or specialist that I need to see she don’t just put you with anymore. She put you with the best fit for you. It’s quiet here is clean here and it does not smell like hospital like other doctors office. He’s quiet and still and not as busy as the rest and I like that as well. Friendly and genuinely love and respect Dr. Tracy Threat.This office space is so calming, comfortable and relaxing that after your appointment you’ll just want to sit there. I recommend you, the family to come here, she covers all. If you’re looking for a TRULY GOOD PRIMARY, It’s Dr. Tracy Threat.
